When updating firmware from SD card, USB, or Local SC, the firmware update page does not designate the location.

Should display Update to 7.4 rxxxx - USB

Currently displayed 'Update to 7.4 rxxxx

mysqueezebox.com is properly displayed as -[mysqueezebox.com]

USB, SD strings added in r6787, non-string work not yet done.
