The default music services listed on the home menu should only be those applicable to the user's country.

Make it easy - just turn all of them off for all locals. I don't use any of that crap and hate to think that I'd have to disable them for any new server or library that I attach to.

not sure who's going to end up doing the lion's share of home menu reorg work. For now I'll push it towards Richard and target for 7.4

Perhaps it's the eloquence of JJ's comment, but I've had a bit of a change of heart on this one. I agree that we should not list any "default" services for new users.

We _should_, however, make sure we include by default under My Apps any services an existing user has already entered credentials for.

And, along the same lines, if an existing user has used existing menu customization tool to add items to their Home menu, we should preserve that.

Services won't appear by default now in the home menu, so this is no longer a problem.
