Description Jacob Potter 2005-03-25 07:49:24 UTC
After fast-forwarding a song (FLAC or MP3) and then putting it back at normal
speed, the play counter resets to zero (on both the player UI and the web
interface), although the audio continues from the correct point.

If I attempt to fast-forward again while the positions are offset, the behavior
is different between FLAC and MP3.

With FLAC, the SB2 stops playing and the counter stops advancing. Returning to
normal play mode causes the audio to continue where it left off, but the song
counter is once again back at zero.

With MP3, the audio does fast-forward and the counter moves at the correct
multiplied rate, but it is reset to zero when I return to normal speed.

Jacob, you're seeing this with tip of trunk? I just checked in fixes yesterday.

Step 1. "svn update"
Step 2. restart slimserver.pl <--- THIS PART IS IMPORTANT
Step 3. Open big mouth. :)

Sorry for the false alarm. (1190 is still happening for me, though)
