Bugzilla – Bug 11841
Software updates page corrections
Last modified: 2009-10-05 14:29:32 UTC
Instead of adding these comments to bug 7982, I thought it better to open a new one. The capitalization of the English options text differs between the Software Updates and Automatic Download options - the first is in "title" case ("The Quick Brown Fox") while the second is in "sentence" case ("The quick brown fox"). I believe the standard in the web ui settings is sentence case. There's also an errant period at the end of one of the strings. IMO, the positive option should always appear first in any drop down list consisting essentially of 'enabled' and 'disabled' selections, regardless of which selection is the default. It just looks and reads better. For example, see the Library Statistics and Artwork Pre-caching settings on the Performance page.
change 26077 - thanks!
