After Selecting SC or SN from Music Source screen....SBR goes to White and updates firmware. SBC begins firmware update but fails with error.

Support, please provide the error message as well as when specifically this occurs. During the download, validation, or does it never even begin?

I got one of those cases last week, the controller was on r2448. We went through the setup and we got the receiver to connect to SC and get its update. Then the controller showed the “Begin Update” message, when we tried the controller update; the controller looped for a while and failed with (Try again or Skip this step) options. I got the controller to  update through the flash card.

This does not seem to be an issue with firmware after 6038. 

Marking bug as fixed.
