Entering your Network Password will change the color of the Done button from GRAY to BLUE when the proper number of characters are entered for the given security type of the network attached too.

When first entering the password screen, and taping the '123-&' button to switch to the numeric keypad, the DONE button will shift from Gray > Blue with no data being entered.
