Description Tim Bessie 2009-04-08 02:20:59 UTC
Out of the blue, just navigating around on the Boom, it started doing things like not being able to navigate being Library categories (i.e. press button on Genres, Artists, etc. and you just go to Genres, Artists, again... no progression).

I checked the SC logs, and found the attached.

Very likely your antivirus product blocking access to the data files. Very well known issue eg. with McAfee. Please tell it to ignore *.my? files.

Contact support if you need help achieving this.

I have COMODO and Avast!, and have had the occasional problem with COMODO in the past, though not lately since I added exceptions for some files.

I shall see if I can do that for the current problem and if it solves it.

I am surprised that it would happen just SUDDENLY like that, though, and not be an ongoing problem, don't you think?
