Bugzilla – Bug 11689
Pushing mute on Harmony One does not mute Squeezebox touch.
Last modified: 2010-04-08 17:24:38 UTC
CAT PR-0046 I was able to program my Harmony One with Squeezebox yesterday. All buttons seem to be working but I was unable to get the mute button on the Harmony to mute the Squeezbox. So far this is the only program I have ran into with the Harmony with the Touch. ----------------- There have been quite a number of 'request' from the Cat testers for a 'mute' option. While most of them know that the Pause is like a mute, they are mostly AV users, that expect a remote to have a MUTE button.
We need to support the full compliment of IR commands that classic supports. But wait! There is no mute in our defaults. We should add one.
Reset priority before triage.
this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.
might be fixed with recent mute changes, need to confirm...
The codes and plumbing for the mute are in place ([0x7689C43B] = "mute"), but I have no remote to test. Can QA confirm?
I can confirm that mute works on Fab4. Tested with r8134.
This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release. If you are still seeing this issue, please let us know!
