In the service database we record the connect status of all clients.  When the
server restarts, all clients previoulsy connected to it should be updated to be
not connected.

Then, the server will mark them as connected again, only when they actually
reconnect.  Otherwise, they are marked as connected indefinitely.

slimservice now updates the database on server start and shutdown.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!
