All text displayed in titlebar buttons should follow:

FreeSans Medium, 16px, RGB 220,220,220

This includes, x of y, help, etc.

Noah, are you sure you don't want bold?

I think it looks pretty good now...

Yes, my recommendation is for all text inside the titlebar buttons to be FS Medium 16px.  

The text inside the button is visually busy to begin with.  If we add Bold on top of that it is too much.  The title heading, button text and content below start to compete.
