Even at lowest volume setting, headphones can be too loud.  I suggest looking at the boom volume ramp. There are at least 2 volume slopes.

This is a duplicate of the 'Boom volume curve' one, isn't it.  I think Tom's already looking at this.  Perhaps mark dup, and assign to tom?  Or is this different because of the SP/Touch/BB differences?
