Spacing top/bottom of 41x41 icons in incorrect.  Needs to move up 1-2px.

I don't think this looks as good...

It's a trivial change to add that padding, just let me know which is better

Hm, neither look good.  The spacing above and below the icon needs to be identical.

Which reference screen are you using?
