Entered per Richard. Assume this refers to on-screen touch buttons which intermittently fail to activate when pressed.

Actually, from Richard (and from my own and others experiences), the current issue seems to be mostly/only menu item selection.  If there are still regular button problems I would like to hear about them, since that has not been observed as of late and is not the focus of work for this bug.

The status of this is I have a plan to improve menu item selection, but am waiting on having a design discussion with Richard tomorrrow before proceeding.
