e.g., on clock screensavers  the iconbar is visible and layers over the existing window elements.

On windows with popup help text (e.g., Settings->Screen->Wallpaper), the popup text renders at the bottom of the screen instead of being padded up to not overlap the iconbar.

this is in the most recently pushed out 7.4/trunk build, r4824

This bug has been marked as fixed in the 7.4.0 release version of SqueezeBox Server!
