if you try to use the scroll wheel after hitting one of the volume keys, you can't stop it from going to max or min volume (it will continue in whichever direction you started in)

this is in the most recently pushed out 7.4/trunk build, r4824

the goes-to-min/max thing seems to be not possible to reproduce on four different controllers this morning.

accel was not being applied properly though, causing it to be very slow to adjust volume with the scroll wheel, and Tom is putting in a fix for that.

Can't reproduce, but did fix the slow movement issue describe in comment #2 in r4899
