Description Michel Fombellida 2005-03-20 10:37:14 UTC
Running 6.0b3-2609 on Win XP Pro.

Slimserver is set to use iTunes, the path to the iTunes library is specified.
The behaviour is set to "Don't include composer, band and orchestra in artists"

iTunes reports: 225 Albums, 111 Artists, 15 genres, 2682 songs

Slimserver reports
Browse Music->Browse Albums: 227 albums with 2682 songs by 112 artists
Browse Music->Browse Artists: 227 albums with 2682 songs by 112 artists
Browse Music->Browse Genres: 227 albums with 2682 songs by 112 artists... and
I see 16 genres.

Then in Slimserver UI, I can find 1 "no Album" , 1 "no Artist", with 1 song...
but this song cannot be found anywhere.

On the Squeezebox, the results are again different:
Browse Music->Browse Albums: 228 Albums
Browse Music->Browse Artists: 113 Artists
Browse Music->Browse Genres: 17 genres

I also see an error on the Squeezebox in
Browser Music->Browse Genres-> I select one genres and I then instead of seing
a list of Artists in this genre I actually see a list of Artists AND Composers!

Note that with Slimserver 5.4.1 the counts in both slimserver and squeezebox
are identical to the counts in iTunes.

Michel
