Using SVN 6.0, moving to a particular time point using gototime does not work at all. In addition 
Elapsed display on Softsqueeze is not correct and reset to 0.

This is for the CLI?

CLI (Command.pm) simply calls Source:gototime(). Not sure what other callers there are of this 
function, but they should be impacted as well.

gototime will not work properly on any transcoded files.  make sure you are not
testing with those.

Yes, this is with a VBR MP3. Used to work with 5.4.1 I believe, and the code in Command.pm is the 
same so something behind it changed, I think.

Apparently it happens on Softqueeze but not on SLIMP3.
