Description Dan Evans 2009-03-10 16:15:03 UTC
When viewing double-byte characters, they do not display correctly on many of the main screens. I'm playing a file that has double-byte characters in the filename as well as the tags.

I see this...

* They do not display on the Album screen
* They do not display on the Music Folder screen
* They do not display on the Now Playing screen

* They do display on the "pause" pop-up, when pressing Pause or Play

When they don't display, I see only blocks.

We'll need a more complete backup font with asian characters.

Droid Sans Fallback font

Tom, please try this as font to use in the case that the glyph isn't available in FreeSans.

I'm pretty sure this bug is a duplicate of bug 6341 except that bug covers jive.
