manually specifying IP for music source fails to do anything after IP is entered

Ben squeezed this feature in a week or 2 ago at my request because my SC and Fab4 are on separate private IP subnets.  So far it has worked as expected.

OK, ignore my last comment.  I now see the same issue with r4712.  The dialog screen allows you to enter an IP but there's no way to exit that screen and have Fab4 accept it.
