For touch UI move transport controls for Pandora (thumbs up/down) and other internet radio functions to Now playing screen toolbar.  Replace or gray out any functions that do not apply to Internet Radio feeds (shuffle, etc.)

Add treatment to upper/right titlebar button.  Currently button is blank.  Options:

1. add service provider icon, e.g.Pandora logo

2. add "more icon" - 3 dots

3. add "list icon" - 3 dots with 3 lines

4. add "i" for more info

FYI: assets for Last.fm and Slacker have been committed to SVN.  The web controller and the touch UI should share the same GUI.  

Assets include:

Last.fm
-Ban (icon_toolbar_ban_on.png)
-Love (icon_toolbar_love_on.png)

Slacker
-Ban (icon_toolbar_ban_on.png)
-Favorited (icon_toolbar_slacker_fav_on.png)
-Favorite not set (icon_toolbar_slacker_fav_off.png)

Most of this is done and the rest needs to be covered by a newer bug since NP has been redesigned at least twice since this bug was opened.
