Artwork loads/refreshes from SC/SN from the bottom, up in current UI.  Proposal to have icons load top, down so user sees the icons "fill in," the same direction as you would read the list. 

The same proposal would apply to Jive and future platforms.

FWIW this could probably be fixed post 7.4, no?  I understand this is not a quick fix...

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.
