Bugzilla – Bug 11261
After disconnect from power, every Audio parameter will be forgotten
Last modified: 2009-06-17 09:37:09 UTC
Hello I have enter some parameter in the Audio section. After disconnect from the power every parameter will be gone. But alle parameters are viewable in the settings but not active. After change one parameter all of the parameters will be active again. I test them with: Readynas DUO and a Linuxserver The Squeezecenter allwaya the latest revision. I have also enter the question in the german forum. Regards Thomas
Felix - I can easily reproduce this issue. But I see sendBDACFrame() being called on every change. What else should be executed on prefs change?
Hmm, it seems that it's ok if any of the prefs is changed. It only fails when reconnecting after power loss. Is sendBDACFrame() also sent if a Boom reconnects?
Michael, Felix, should this bug be assigned to one of you then?
Just FYI, this is the same bug as #11234 reported by Michael Kraft. Can they be combined for ease of tracking? Thank you - Eric Huesman

Felix - I'll give this a shot tomorrow. If I can't fix it by friday, I'll assign it back to you ;-)
change 25627 - when reconnecting a boom, send bass/treble/stereoxl parameters to DAC. Eric - did you see other parameters than these three which were not remembered? Please re-open this bug if you do so. Thanks!
Sorry it has taken me a few days to get back with you. Those three parameters and the crossfading are the only ones I use (I don't use the Line Out or others). They are all seeming to be remembered at this time. Thank you for working on this.
Verified fixed Boom r45
