Description Mark Miksis 2009-03-04 21:19:54 UTC
The IP address setup screen under "Other Server" requires remote users to press down-arrow to scroll the numbers in increasing order and to press up-arrow to scroll the numbers in decreasing order. This seems backwards to me.

I agree, would this on be for you Ben?

The current behavior is consistent with "whatever clockwise motion would do matches what IR down would do". However, ip3k devices are intentionally inconsistent with that ui behavior when it comes to purely numeric input. I tried to track down a bug to show the history of this difference but could find none. I did confirm that the existing ip3k behavior has been around since at least 2004.

We just got off a call where Dean advised matching the ip3k behavior, i.e. IR down makes numbers go down on purely numeric input.

This is now fixed in r4942.
