Users have reported the following Perl modules no longer work with v6.0:

LWP::UserAgent
SOAP::Lite
NET::POP3
Net::FTP
HTTP::Request::Common::POST

It would seem the common element is some sort of network access?

Looks like this might be Windows specific. 
I think all reports have been from Windows users.

Fixed in subversion change 2611.

This affected Windows only.
