Since version 7.3.2 i am not able to play flac files with seperate cuesheets. 
I have squeezecenter 7.3.2 running on my Qnap ts-109. When i install squeezecenter on a windows based pc everything runs fine!
I now downgraded to 7.3.1 and everything is running fine again. 
I'm not sure anyone else already reported this bug, but i know more people have the same problem (see http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=58613).
Hope this problem will be solved soon, as all my files are flac images with cue files.
