Ref artwork for correct "back" icon alignment

The back button arrow is not centered with respect to the button background.  It looks like it needs to go right 2-3 pixels:)

Noah, I've fixed this by adding 2px of padding on the left, but I think that the asset Icons/icon_back_button_tb.png is off-center.

I'll leave this bug open--if you deliver a centered icon let me know here and I'll pull out the left padding after import.

The back icon needs to move right 1px as seen in build r5171

Noah, check this out again with r5176

I pushed it 2px to the right and 2px up, which I believe is now pixel perfect with refs. Reopen if it's not.
