Only load playlists from the iTunes XML.
Ignore the track data.

(assuming that it ends up quicker to scan the files from disk, not from iTunes)

Perhaps a regexp could be entered by the user 
eg match & load only iTunes playlists containing 'Slim'.

James:  It's not really possible to load only the playlists, as they are just references to the files in the 
XML, so it would be no performance fix.
