Maybe either a PAUSE/REW keypress on an IR remote similar to the SBC or some kind of obscure gesture.

A potential problem with using the remote to take screenshots is that if you wanted to take a shot of the touchscreen, the IR may cause the screen to transition from touch to remote interface.

Could some way also be added to do it from the command line of an SSH session?
