server.log screenshot showing binary data

SC7.4-24920/Windows (svn)

When browsing with the remote (with SoftSqueeze, for example), the console produces (BEL) and other binary data due to debug logging on and Slim::Buttons::BrowseDB::SetMode logging binary data into server.log. See attached screenshot (to show the binary data).

If running the Perl version and debugging, this really gets on the nerves, since the PC speaker beeps all the time.

Do we need the shown information, or is it just mis-decoded data?

Moving 7.4 bugs to 8.0.
Comment 2 Michael Herger 2012-03-20 08:21:46 UTC
we're no longer Slim::Buttons::BrowseDB
