During setup, if we already have credentials for a given network we ask the user if they want to forget about that network.  As richard pointed out to me today, that's an unnecessary step.  if the connection fails, the user should be prompted for a new password, so forgetting isn't really that useful.  We can skip this step/choice and simplify for the user.
