Description James Richardson 2009-02-03 08:37:21 UTC
Firmware r43

Holding down the Power Button on the IR Remote will no longer Power Cycle (turn off/on) the Boom.

It will STILL put the boom to stand by mode

ALSO

Holding down the PLUS button on the IR remote during a full power cycle will no longer do a Factory Reset. ONLY the front panel button will do a Factory Reset during a power cycle.
Comment 1 James Richardson 2009-02-03 08:39:30 UTC
it appears to be only the boom remote, using the SB3 remote at close range doesn't have the same error
Comment 2 Felix Mueller 2009-02-06 04:40:51 UTC
Power-cycle issue fixed in rev5540. Will be in SBB fw 45.

Factory reset with the Boom remote is not fixable as the issue is in the remote, please either use the plus (+) front panel button or the Factory Reset option in Current Settings.
