Test music file

Ticket # 090119-001013

Environment:

Mac OS 10.4.11
Safari or Firefox

Symptom;

Customer has several box sets with Artwork that have a vertical orientation, much of them twice as high as wide.

In the Classic skin,as well as most other skins, they display properly.

In the Default skin, they display as stretched to fit.

I'd like you to change the Default skin to display them properly.

Troubleshooting:

Had perform clean install of 7.3.2

Had update and switch browsers.

Had customer send me Artwork file as well as Music file with embedded Artwork

Tested both the Artwork file and the Music file

Was UN-able to recreate issue with Artwork file (naming cover.jpg, it showed correctly in Album Display and Playlist Display)

Was ABLE to re-create issue with music file. When displaying in Album display with the Default Skin, SqueezeCenter re-sized the Artwork to a 1x1, distorting the image. However, when you click on the actual album, the next screen displays correctly.

Tested this with the Classic Skin, and the initial Album Artwork showed up correctly.

Could this be because when using the Classic Skin, the initial Artwork is not shown, just a aink to the actual album, and when you click on it, it displays the album Artwork correctly? When using the Default Skin, the Album Artwork is shown when browsing Albums, which is the resized 1x1 image, but when you click on the actual album, it displays the artwork properly.

Please see the attached screenshots. I am also attaching the Album Artwork and the test music file.

Thanks,

LaRon

Hey Michael,

I've had the customer try Firefox and Safari. I had an issue re-creating what the customer is experiencing, but was finally able to just with the music file.
