SIRIUS menu doesn't update after on-device trial subscription

after "accept" is selected, the controller simply shows an empty menu

should refresh SIRIUS menu so after "accept"ed, SIRIUS menu appears

presently requires return to home menu before SIRIUS menu is populated and appears as though nothing has happened. No indication of success.

This is based on UX testing with "Wendy". See video to see the bug in action.

Oops no, this is a bug in CLI XMLBrowser with regards to caching and menus disappearing.
