Slimserver V6.0b1 on FC3.
Softsqueeze 1.14 &/or 2.0a11 on Win XP

Slimsever crashes when Softsqueeze tries to connect with message:
"Your vendor has not defined Socket macro IPPROTO_TCP, used at
/usr/local/slimserver/Slim/Networking/Slimproto.pm line 77"

Patrick - I'm unable to reproduce this with the latest nightly build on FC3

Could you pull that down - http://www.slimdevices.com/downloads/nightly/latest/6.0/

and give it a try?

I'd installed ActivePerl.  Removing ActivePerl and reinstating whatever Perl

comes with the FC3 install has fixed this 'bug'.  So not actually bug at

all, just a stupid user.
