Add parameter to the player menu to set initial buffer size.  Perhaps rename as "force minimum buffer size on start of stream" or something a bit less confusing (and more accurate) than "buffer size".

Marking SqueezeNetwork bugs as closed.  The latest version, r5879/r25112 should have fixed this issue.  If you still experience the listed problem please feel free to reopen the bug.
