00 != 0, thus the scan timer will be set to "time() + 0", resulting in an endless loop

change 24716 - consider 00 == 0 or the timer would be triggered immediately. Disable timer instead.

Verified fix on SC 7.3.3 r25948

When I set iTunes Reload Interval to 00 and clicked apply it went back to 0.

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.3 release version of SqueezeCenter!
