The new Squeezebox2 'now playing' display doesn't seem to offer the display of
time remaining any more. 
The in the player settings web page appears to be ignored.

Dean did the selection of the screen configuration of the various Now Playing
modes. Dean, do we want to consider changing them?

add one more into the array of options

adds one example of time remaining, using -1 in showTime array to indicate time
remaining.  Other than that, Michaels MusicInfo screensaver should be able to
expand to cover a huge range of customising the now playing layout in a way
that isn't so limited for the UI.

Fixed for tonight's nightly.  We now have 12 (count 'em) display modes 4 visualizers and 3 progress 
indicators. (13 if you have buffer fullness turned on).  

That's too many, but good enough for first ship.  We'll be redoing the now playing screen in greenscale 
and incorporate the progress numbers in the bar.
