Description Spies Steven 2009-01-15 16:22:36 UTC
SoX has been updated to include FLAC support as a result of bug 9997. However when using SoX to output FLAC it appears to be using the -8 or "best" compression level. This option uses the most resources. It is preferred to use -0 or "fast" compression option. Unfortunately I can not find a switch for SoX to use this compression level. Perhaps this option is only configurable when building SoX?
