I'd really love it if HTML mail was stripped to just plain text. Those of us on the digest (and the few 
people running text only browsers) only get to see a horrid mess of tags and text.

I'm not sure there's any benefit in letting HTML mail through, anyway.

I've changed the default Digest format to use mime encoding, which should fix this problem for 
modern mail readers.  This will affect all new accounts.  Try changing your existing account 
settings and let us know if it works better for you.  Since there are sometimes attachments and 
some folks can't help but post rich mail, stripping out HTML is pretty hard to do now.
