Note:  This Fab4 has a USB keyboard attached to it.  An IR remote for SB is also available for use.
Note 2:  Steps 5 and 6 listed below used to work, but not with this new build.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Update the Fab4 to fab4_7.4_r3809.bin.
2.  After the verification process, the Fab4 reboots itself.
3.  After the reboot, the Fab4 goes to the "Begin update" page.
4.  Press and hold the back arrow on the top left side of the screen.  Notice Fab4 does not get out of this screen.
5.  Press and hold the back arrow key on the USB keyboard.  Notice the Fab4 makes continuous clicking sound, but it does not get out of this screen.
6.  Press and hold the left button on the IR SB remote.  Notice Fab4 makes clicking sound, but still not getting out of this page.
