Description Alan Young 2009-01-14 06:23:57 UTC
If a track-start event (STMs) is received while rebuffering then the state machine will enter Playing state without actually resuming playback, and nothing will trigger resumption.

Bug 10680 is related because, when players are synced, a non-master may start and underrun first, and then be paused, but will not get unpaused when the master starts.

A consequent timing race could result in all players, including the master, being paused. In most cases, however, some players will play.
