FW:  fab4_7.4_r3778.bin, or maybe it is actually fab4_7.4_r3769.bin

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  With the fab4 in r3769, copy the fab4_7.4_r3778.bin into the SD card.
2.  Update the firmware from SD card.
3.  The update procesas seems OK.
4.  After the verifying process, fab4 reboots.
5.  After the reboot, check the "About" page.
6.  Notice it is still r3769.
7.  There are two possiblities:
  a.  The r3778 bin is mislabeled, or
  b.  The update function is r3769 is completely broken.  It shows users it is updating while it is not.

This bug is similar to 10627:

10627 is about Jive.  Ben was able to reproduce it.  Tjhisa bug is about Fab4.

I have not seen this behavior with MP firmware r4399
