Animation of the bug.

FW:  fab4_7.4_r3769.bin

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Run auto smoke tests on fab4.
2.  The tests failed on the Settings page.
3.  Notice the page had changed, which breaks the tests scripts.  The word "off" is cut off also.

hi Wallace- you'll need to create a new set of reference screenshots as the titlebar graphics have changed.

FYI-- this is likely going to change frequently in the next few weeks as I incorporate more UI changes and graphic assets into the Fab4.
