Description Peter 2005-03-13 04:18:05 UTC
I use a PDA (HP 4150 with newest Windows) to control my Slimserver, and in
6.0b1 (and nightly) the handheld skin gives me some trouble: I can't select an
album for playback / add to playlist, and I can't select a cover when
using "Browse Artwork". I've reinstalled 5.4.1 and here it works ok.
It's the same if I use the Default skin: It's not possible to play / add an
album to the playlist, but it works ok for one song.

This has been fixed as of 6.0b3

I'm reopening this bug. I'm not sure what was done to previously resolve this
bug, but I've installed the latest 6.0b3 and I'm still having the above stated
issue. I'm using a PocketPC 2002 (4.2) PDA w/ IE. I did a little
investigating and the issue only occurs on Pocket IE. It looks like Pocket IE
is butchering the URL sent to the server to add or play an album.
Specifically it seems to be messing up the "&sub" parameter of the URL. It
turns it into the square box icon you get for an unknown ascii character.
Variable "sub" might need to be changed to another name.

Same result as Doug here, it stil doesen't work with 6.0b3

I've checked subversion change 2664. This changes &sub to &subcommand.
