I understand this is still a beta function. Will the Controller ever be able to work as a player on Squeezenetwork?

Should this be an enhancement request at this point or a bug?

Moving to the product SqueezePlay because this bug appears to apply to any player based on that application code.  Feel free to move it back if it's specific to the single original product.

I understand Andy needs to enable playback for the controller specifically?

This may be fixed once we have a 7.4 build of Jive.

The added estimate is only valid if it just works on Jive 7.4 and only needs testing.

As far as I can tell playback on Jive 7.4 seems to work when connected to SN.

This bug has been marked as fixed in the 7.4.0 release version of SqueezeBox Server!
