Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Perform a factory reset.
2.  Connect the Jive to the router and Ray.
3.  Pick Pc with SC.
4.  When the Jive menu asks for an update, press and hold the back button.
5.  Notice the Jvie reboots itself.

Note:  Unable to reproduce this bug so far.  Can be a one time bug.
