SC Version 7.4 - 24549

24/96 FLAC files are being transcoded via SOX to 24/48.
looks like SC is not recognising the capabilities of the Fab4.
Apologies if I have not recorded this bug properly!

Alan, I've implemented the capabilities in the HELO packet as you've described on the public wiki in 7.4 r 3803. Over to you for the SC changes.
