Customer gets an error when trying to add 

http://www.haaretz.com/feed/enewsRss.xml as an RSS feed in SN web UI. 

The error states: Error -- There was an error loading this news feed: Couldn't open encmap windows-1255.enc:
No such file or directory
 at /opt/sdi/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux/XML/Parser.pm line 187

QA confirmed SN/SC display the error.  Web Browser / RSS reader work
