Player > Edit > Language selection drop down.  Selecting Simplified Chinese (last item in the list) the Player UI does not change.

English was displayed instead

Target player was IP3K based

Does an officially supported language work?

All other language(s) work, just this one fails

Then it's probably just because there are no translations for it.
