Now Playing Information: from Player Controll appears to be off by 1

If I select NONE, the player displays only the Title Format info as expected
if I select the NEXT item in the Now Playing drop down > Elapsed Time, the Player does not display anything
if I select the NEXT item in the Now Playing drop down > Remaining Time, the Player displays the Elapsed Time

repeat and the same thing happens.
